DPDP Compliance Notice
1. What is the DPDP Act 2023?
The Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 is India's comprehensive data privacy legislation. It establishes legal frameworks for processing digital personal data, acknowledging both the right of individuals (Data Principals) to protect their personal data and the necessity to process personal data for lawful corporate and service delivery purposes.
2. Consent Notice
By submitting an enquiry form, account registration form, support ticket, live demo request, contact form, subscription application, or by accessing and browsing our software portals, you acknowledge and provide your explicit consent to GV Systems Technologies Private Limited (acting as the Data Fiduciary) to collect, store, and process your personal information as defined below.
3. Personal Data We Collect
The Company collects the following categories of personal information to enable service delivery and product functionality:
- Identity Details: Full Name, Organization name, and GST identifier.
- Contact Particulars: Corporate Email Address, Mobile/Phone Number, and billing/mailing address.

- System Logs: Session histories, approximate location coordinates, and administrator dashboard access records.
4. Specified Purpose of Processing
In accordance with the principle of "Purpose Limitation," your data is collected and processed solely for these specified, lawful purposes:
- Fulfilling software delivery and licensing for E360 Workforce and VelVyntra.
- Processing client onboardings, payment confirmations, and account setup.
- Scheduling corporate demonstrations and technical webinars.
- Diagnosing system errors and providing developer support.
- Monitoring system logs to prevent unauthorized access, malware injection, and billing abuse.
- Fulfilling tax calculations, corporate accounting, audits, and other legal compliance.
5. Rights of the Data Principal
Under the DPDP Act 2023, you hold the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- Right to Summary & Access: The right to obtain a summary of personal data being processed by us and the list of processing activities.
- Right to Correction & Erasure: The right to correct inaccurate data, update old details, or request erasure of personal data that is no longer required for its specified purpose.
- Right to Grievance Redressal: The right to register concerns or file grievances with our Data Protection Officer regarding data handling.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: The right to withdraw consent at any time.
6. Consent Withdrawal Mechanism
You can withdraw your consent to data collection and processing at any time. To do so, please submit a formal written request to our Data Protection team:
